The GTS Shoulder & Rotator Cuff Program was created initially to fix my own problems. For over 5 years, I saw multiple doctors, physio's, trainers, and other rehab specialists - many of them were colleagues of mine. However, nothing ever gave me hope that one day my shoulder pain (I had impingement syndrome on both sides) would go away. Those I consulted with felt it was years of lacrosse I played, others thought it would go away (and I am sure some just thought I was crazy.) However, it was through these exact exercises I became pain free. The GTS Shoulder & Rotator Cuff Program focuses on not just 1 issue causing the pain - but all 3! From the CORRECTIVE EXERCISES to warm up and strengthen the shoulder to the MOBILITY PROGRAM to release the neurological tightness, and finally the STRETCHING PROGRAM that focuses on the actual shortened tissue.

All programs come with:

A Corrective Exercises Program, Mobility Program, & Stretching Program put into two different routines. A five-day routine which consists of around 15-20 minutes of work daily or a three-day routine that needs about 30-45 minutes/day. Most clients recognize a huge difference in their pain within the first week! All videos are privately listed on Vimeo in HD with many using a dual camera system to help you understand the exercise better!

I have also included a LifeStyle & Movement portion of the program for free. The LifeStyle is what I use daily, and it has kept me from being sick for over 2.5 years and counting! The Movement program will help teach you the essentials of clean movement and how we can use that versus medicine to stay pain-free

5.0 Stars The Alternative to Shoulder Surgery!   from Tracy
If you are looking for alternatives when it comes to surgery or being told to stop whatever your love to do, then this is the program for you! I randomly found GTS on Instagram and started following him right away. His natural approach where he focuses on empowering the people through knowledge & education were spot on with what I was looking for.My doctor told me (after my MRI) that I might need surgery due to a slight tear in my supraspinatus muscle. Before going under the knife I wanted to give the GTS program a shot. I was surprised to see in as little as two weeks my shoulder was DRASTICALLY better! I went back to my doctor and the option of surgery was taken off the table.Since my shoulder has gotten better, I am now focusing on the movement and lifestyle program that is also included. I love that David not only focuses on rehabbing my injury but also optimizing my body to prevent further issues!

David's shoulder program was exactly what I needed. Different doctors, physical therapists, and osteopaths were telling me that things, like playing tennis, throwing a ball with my son, and even swimming, might be something I cannot do in the near future because of my shoulder.I am a 42 year old heart surgeon and while I am a big supporter of the miracles of Western medicine, I also know its downsides. That is why I gave David's program a shot. I had been following him on both Instagram and his Facebook page for a while and new that I could trust a program from him.The program was everything I expected and more. He includes a "Movement" program that taught me how to utilize and move my body correctly and a Lifestyle program that gave me simple but very effective tips on optimizing my life. David's all around approach and his "movement versus medicine" approach was spot on. It has been a little over 2.5 months and I am back to doing everything I was doing before and actually picked up my tennis game to 3 days a week. I highly suggest this program to anyone wanting a noninvasive, but extremely effective program to fix their sh#t
